Trond Holten (born 1959) and Per Kristian Rasmussen (born 1961)

In our interview with Holten and Rasmussen, they share memories of growing up in Trondheim and Larvik, respectively. They also reflect on their long life together and their careers in education. Both were previously active in HBB and helped organize social events at the community venue 'Frimerket.'

Holten and Rasmussen lived together for many years before the Partnership Act was passed, and eventually chose to enter into a registered partnership.

They participated in Skeivt arkiv’s life story project, and the full interview is available through the Special Collections at the University Library in Bergen.

In the video clip below, they talk about the reactions from neighbors when they moved in together in the early 1980s, and why they decided to formalize their relationship through a partnership.
